We welcome returns within 14 days of you receiving your product.
Please note that all products that are looking to be returned MUST be in NEW CONDITION and NOT USED due to the personal nature of use on most products.
To file a return simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will walk you through our easy process OR if you are a local stop into the store.
All branded products that are purchased are protected by a minimum of 1 year manufactures warranty. Please contact the vendor of your product for more details on getting warranty assistance.
Any unbranded products such as glass that are purchased and are experiencing a defect will be covered by our in-house warranty of 1 year from purchase.
We are here to help if you have any issues with your products or questions on the warranty or need help filing a warranty claim. Please feel free to contact us or if you are local visit us in person at our store.
Most orders placed before 5PM PST will be picked and shipped same day.
Orders placed after this time will be picked and sent out the following business day. However, due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur please allow 2-3 days for processing and shipping on rare occasions.
All shipments are sent via USPS (1-4 Business days) unless expedited shipping is requested.
We thoroughly inspect and take great care in packing all of our products before sending them out as we understand most of them are glass and are fragile.
However, in the case that your product reaches you in a cracked or broken state please reach out to us at email@example.com so we can arrange and send you a free replacement or if you are local bring it back to the store.
